Welcome Bag donations – This will entitle the sponsor to a quarter page advertisement in the conference booklet; and a link from the APCUG website to the vendor’s site for one year.

Cost - None

Door prize donations – This will entitle the sponsor to a quarter page advertisement in the conference booklet; and a link from the APCUG website to the vendor site for one year.

Cost - None

Conference Area Booth – This will entitle the sponsor to establish a booth on Friday and have it open all day on Saturday, a half page advertisement in the program booklet; and a link from the APCUG website to the vendor site for one year. The booth will not be established on Sunday in the Vendor Fair.

Cost - $100

Vendor Fair only Booth – This will entitle sponsor to a one-half page advertisement in the conference booklet; and a link from the APCUG website to the vendor site for one year.

Cost - $150

Full Show Booths – This will entitle the sponsor to establish a booth on Friday and have it open all day on Saturday and establish it in the Vendor Fair; a full page advertisement in the program booklet; and a link from the APCUG website to the vendor site for one year.

Cost - $200

Vendor Speaker(All Slots Filled) This will entitle sponsor to a conference area booth; a booth in the Vendor Fair; a full page advertisement in the conference booklet; and a link from the APCUG website to the vendor site for one year.

Friday Light Snacks - This will entitle sponsor to a full page advertisement in the program booklet; posted signs noting the sponsorship; and a link from the APCUG website to the vendor site for one year. If this sponsor is a Speaker, that fee is waived.

Cost $1500

Lunch sponsorship – This will entitle sponsor to a full page advertisement in the program booklet; posted signs noting the sponsorship; and a link from the APCUG website to the vendor site for one year. If this sponsor is also a Speaker, that fee is waived.

Cost $2500

Sunday Continental Breakfast - This will entitle sponsor to a full page advertisement in the program booklet; posted signs noting the sponsorship; and a link from the APCUG website to the vendor site for one year. If this sponsor is a Speaker, that fee is waived.
